Coaching Services
We are proud to offer Personal Training, Small Group Training, and Nutrition Coaching services through our certified trainers & coaches! Whether you're looking to make a serious lifestyle change and jump in for the first time, or hoping to take your training and fitness to the next level, Personal/Small Group Training & Nutrition Coaching is for everyone!
Through Personal Training, you will work 1-on-1 with a coach to design a plan made just for you & catered to your needs and desires. You and your trainer will meet and establish your personal goals and create a plan to best attain them. We also offer Semi-Personal Training where you and your partner can share a session. It's a great way for a spouse, best friend, or significant other to spend time working out together!
Looking for more of that "group" feel? We offer 6-Week Small Group Training sessions 3-4x per year. These small groups of no more than 6 people get individual work in a group setting, helping you grow and achieve your goals alongside like-minded people! We offer Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. Keep an eye out on our social media to see when the next 6-Week Program begins.
Nutrition Coaching can go hand in hand with PT or Group Fitness classes to help you see optimal results! Meet with our certified coach and learn how to properly fuel your body and create a healthy relationship with food.

Tracy oversees all of our Personal Training, Small Group Training, and Nutrition Coaching services. She is a certified Nutrition Coach & Personal Trainer through NASM, and also holds certifications in Group Fitness, Small Group Training, Myofascial Release, TRX, and Stroops.
