How To Book
Sauna, Salt & Red Light Therapy services can be booked through your Wellness Living account! There you can view all available appointment times and request a booking. All appointments must be approved once requested. You will receive email confirmation once your booking is confirmed. When you arrive for your session, please check in with the staff member at the desk & they will take you up to the sauna space.
All sauna sessions are 60 minutes but you do not have to stay in the sauna for the entire time! Once you are finished with the sauna or time has ended, simply drop your used towels in the basket and leave the door open on your way out. A staff member will be by to turn off and clean the sauna once you are done.
Use of the sauna before a workout is NOT encouraged. Please book your session following a workout or at a separate time. Before your first session a staff member will talk through the informational sheet and review our list of directions & warnings. If you have any of the listed conditions or health warnings, please alert the staff member and do not proceed with your sauna session before consulting your doctor.
Post-sauna, we encourage you to drink lots of water, as saunas can dehydrate the body. A bottle of water is provided free of charge for each session, which you may take into the sauna with you if you choose.
