Barre
Barre is a fusion of Pilates, yoga, elements of ballet and strength training and is open to all ages, bodies and levels of fitness. Classes are complete with progressions so those new to fitness (or Barre) feel successful their first time, while still challenging Barre and fitness enthusiasts! This music-driven class includes exercise sequences that create strength gains and improve cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, endurance and posture.

This class is structured on Barre and Pilates principles and will use resistance bands to recreate traditional reformer exercises on the mat. We will focus on building functional strength, improving flexibility and posture, and enhancing coordination for participants of all fitness levels!

Strength: Glutes & Core
Our Butts & Guts class has a new name, but the same targeted glute and core focus you know and love! This class targets exactly what it says - your GLUTES & CORE! Strength-based exercises work to tone & sculpt your best assets! This low-cardio, weightlifting class targets specific muscles to help build that booty and sculpt those abs!

Cycle Fusion
Exactly what it sounds like - a 50/50 split of two of your favorite classes. Start off with a quick 30 minute cycle class, and finish off with 30 minutes of Barre or Strength!

Cardio Boxing
Total body boxing workouts (which require gloves - don't worry, we have house gloves!) will have you boxing like a pro. Grab a standing bag and get ready for a workout that will prepare you to fight for your fitness. As your instructor leads you round after round, you're sure to get your blood pumping with a complete range of exercises including shadow boxing, stretching, calisthenics, and cardio drills to prepare your body for striking the heavy bag. Experience technique drills with jab, hook, cross and uppercut punch combinations, and heart racing fun during the cardio rounds!

ReformX
ReformX expands on the core principles of Pilates, while applying techniques used in other types of resistance training and weightlifting. Exercises are performed on a MegaCore machine, utilizing resistance/assistance from the springs. This allows for a full body workout that improves strength, definition, endurance, flexibility, and balance! ReformX uses complex movements that target multiple muscle groups in each exercise. This class focuses on extremely slow & controlled motion, keeping your muscles activated for extended periods of time.

This is a FREE 30-minute class designed to help those new to ReformX learn about the method, the MegaCore, and find that shake in the fundamentals.

Focused strength intervals paired with heart-pumping cardio will get the job done in 60 minutes! HIIT Intervals is the same cardio and strength combo format to sculpt lean muscles and boost your metabolism.

This 45-minute class is the cycling class you've been looking for! Taught in our Cycling Studio, this class brings the heat with a bangin' playlist and 45 minutes of WORK! This high intensity indoor cycling class is a rhythm-based format that focuses on riding to the beat & incorporates upper arm movements to give you that total body burn. The lights & playlist will have you dancing, while your instructor pushes you to the next level!

Our signature MP Fit Club class that utilizes partner stations and incorporates lots of cardio and strength in fun ways! WERQ
WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music. The warm up previews the dance steps in class and the cool down combines yoga-inspired static stretching and balance poses. WERQ is taught by Certified Fitness Professionals, so the WERQout is safe and effective for all.
