our  classes

At MP Fit Club & Studio, we offer over 20 different types of classes! Not sure where to start? ALL of our classes are open to ALL fitness levels! Say hello to your instructor on your first day & let us know this is your first class! We can't wait to see you.
Anything Goes Cardio
Just as it says, anything goes!  Expect to work hard, get your heart rate up, and have fun doing a variety of exercises using several different pieces of equipment or just your own body weight!  No two classes are ever  exactly the same!

Barre
Barre is a fusion of Pilates, yoga, elements of ballet and strength training and is open to all ages, bodies and levels of fitness. Classes are complete with progressions so those new to fitness (or Barre) feel successful their first time, while still challenging Barre and fitness enthusiasts! This music-driven class includes exercise sequences that create strength gains and improve cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, endurance and posture.

Body Boost & Restore
Body Boost & Restore is a class that targets functional strength training, increasing mobility and improving whole body recovery so that you can push your fitness goals to the next level. Be ready to be challenged in your stability, mobility and flexibility. Every class you attend will be different and various equipment will be utilized to train your muscles, joints, ligaments and mind in a new way. Each class ends with recovery activities such as self-myofascial release through foam rolling/trigger point, deep stretching or breathwork. Are you ready to level up your fitness? ​

Body Sculpt
Tone, strengthen, and build lean muscle with our body sculpt class that hits all your muscles.  Our body sculpt classes mainly utilize dumbbells to chisel your body.  This class is suitable for ALL fitness levels, is low-impact, and utilizes a variety of exercises to keep your body progressing.

Boxing & Barbells
In B&B we combine the principles of competitive boxing & weight training - two time-tested disciplines. More technical than our other boxing classes, this class focuses on form and the art of authentic boxing! Take it to the Boxing Gym and get ready to hit the heavy bags - this class is no joke! In B&B you will learn how to properly wrap your wrists, the technical boxing call outs, and the proper way to strike a bag or opponent (but don't worry...no fighting in this class!) Each class begins with the Forms Clinic to teach the combo of the day, and then we move into the action. Get ready to sweat as you combine rounds on the bag with strength rounds on the mat.

Butts & Guts
This class targets exactly what it says - your BUTTS & your GUTS! Strength-based exercises work to tone & sculpt your best assets! This low-cardio, weightlifting class targets specific muscles to help build that booty and sculpt those abs!

Cycle Barre
Exactly what it sounds like - a 50/50 split of two of your favorite classes - Rhythm Ride 45 and Barre! Start off with a quick 30 minute cycle class, and finish off with 30 minutes of Barre, all in one room!

Cardio Boxing
Total body boxing workouts (which require gloves) will have you boxing like a pro. Grab a standing bag and get ready for a workout that will prepare you to fight for your fitness. As your instructor will lead you round after round, you're sure to get your blood pumping with a complete range of exercises including shadow boxing, stretching, calisthenics, and cardio drills to prepare your body for striking the heavy bag. Experience technique drills with jab, hook, cross and uppercut punch combinations, and fat-blasting fun during the cardio rounds!

Endurance Row
Endurance Row is a total-body, heart-pounding group workout using WaterRower® machines that strengthens legs, sculpts and tones the core, and tightens your arms, all without the impact on the joints. Rowing is excellent for all fitness levels. New to rowing? No worries! Learn proper form and everything else you need to know at class! Ready for a fun and effective low-impact cardio workout that burns 400-800 calories in a single class?

HIIT
​High Intensity Interval Training!  A combination of cardio and strength high intensity intervals that are sure to set your metabolism on fire!  You will do high intensity work periods paired with recovery periods to burn maximum calories!

Kickboxing
This great cardio kickboxing class uses high energy music, pads, and standing bags to burn tons of calories!  Punch and kick your way to a lean body and torch tons of calories having fun!

Kick & Sculpt
Get your kickboxing and body sculpt workout all wrapped up into one!  Intervals of kickboxing and strength rev the metabolism, burn calories, and work your muscles all in one hour!

Lunch Crunch
In a hurry to get in a great workout during your lunch hour?  Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are cardio-focused and are a lot like Anything Goes Cardio - you never know what you are going to get exactly, but are guaranteed to have fun, burn lots of calories, and get in a great workout in just 45 minutes!

MP Power
MP Power is designed for maximizing results and minimizing burnout. This barbell workout utilizes weight room classics like squats, presses, lifts, and curls to engage every muscle in your body. You and your gym cohorts tackle every workout to great music and with the help of encouragement from a high-energy instructor. 
The key focus of MP Power is to enhance strength and endurance which, in turn, burns nearly 600 calories per workout. You’ll begin with a warm-up using light weights to get your muscles ready to move. From there, your instructor guides you through the main workout, focusing on all the major muscle groups.

POUND
If you've dreamed of channeling your inner rock star into a fitness plan, it's time to POUND. Created by two female drummers, the POUND workout fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout.

Power Hour
This hour long class is high-energy and hard-hitting! While it is open to ALL who are interested, we offer special pricing to anyone with a student ID. Join us for a late night class that will drive up your heart rate in a club-like atmosphere, offering a variety of formats. You may be kicking, jumping, lifting, or punching your way through class, but it is guaranteed that you WILL have fun! Stop by the Club for a little late night action and get ready to sweat!

Rise & Shine
Start your Saturday morning off bright and early with our "Rise & Shine" class!  This class features intervals of cardio and strength to kick start your body at 7:00am on a Saturday!  Focused strength intervals paired with heart pumping cardio will get the job done in 55 minutes!  HIIT Intervals is the same cardio and strength combo format to burn lots of calories, sculpt lean muscles, and boost your metabolism.

Ropes & Row
This 45-minute class will be sure to have you sweating, and coming back for more! It features two amazingly effective pieces of equipment.....WaterRowers® and Stroops® bands! Each class will have you rowing away and teaming up to burn big calories battling it out on the Stroops® bands!

Rhythm Ride 45
This 45-minute class is the cycling class you've been looking for! Taught in our Cycling Studio, this class brings the heat with a bangin' playlist and 45 minutes of WORK! This high intensity indoor cycling class is a rhythm-based format that focuses on riding to the beat & incorporates upper arm movements to give you that total body burn. The lights & playlist will have you dancing, while your instructor pushes you to the next level!

Triple Threat
​This fat blasting combo of 20 minutes of hard-core strength training, 20 minutes of intense cardio, and 20 minutes of core work will have you sweating as the time flies by!  Get all three components in in 60 min flat! This class is an awesome option for those who want a little bit of everything.

TRX
The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.  Get a great core workout the entire time you are working your other muscles!  All fitness levels can use the TRX, and it is also used by the military, major league baseball teams, and Olympic athletes!

TurboKick
TurboKick is a combination of kickboxing moves, athletic moves, and lots of fun combinations all perfectly in tune to high energy and motivating music.  It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a unique blend of intense intervals, strength & endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down.  Turbo Kick requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment.  You will find the right intensity for you.  All fitness levels are welcome to this class.  

Wednesday Warrior
Our signature MP Fit Club class that utilizes partner stations and incorporates lots of cardio and strength in fun ways!  Be prepared to swing a sledge hammer, push and pull some bags, slam some battle ropes, hit the pull-up bar, and do lift those weights! You will walk away asking "What just happened??" but dying to sign up for the next one!

WERQ
WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music. The warm up previews the dance steps in class and the cool down combines yoga-inspired static stretching and balance poses. WERQ is taught by Certified Fitness Professionals, so the WERQout is safe and effective for all.

Yoga
This class is a fusion of Vinyasa and Power styles. It is designed to help you connect fully with your mind and body to open muscles, alleviate stress and build inner strength by combining strength-based movements with decompressing poses. A vigorous flow that will require effort but mixed with the beauty of ease! The goal of this class is to bring body awareness, cultivate empowering energy and leave with a blissful feeling.

Yoga - Slow Burn
In this heated Vinyasa flow class, you will integrate breath work with movement, and poses will be held for a longer period of time. Recommended for all experience levels.

Yoga - Warrior
In this heated Vinyasa flow class, the focus is on flowing from pose to pose and linking your movement with your breath. Recommended for all experience levels.

Yoga - Hot Hatha
In this heated Hatha class, expect to hold static postures with a few dynamic flows for transitions. This class offers a challenging, yet consistent series to help build strength and stamina. Recommended for all experience levels.
