Barre
Barre is a fusion of Pilates, yoga, elements of ballet and strength training and is open to all ages, bodies and levels of fitness. Classes are complete with progressions so those new to fitness (or Barre) feel successful their first time, while still challenging Barre and fitness enthusiasts! This music-driven class includes exercise sequences that create strength gains and improve cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, endurance and posture.

This class is structured on Barre and Pilates principles and will use resistance bands to recreate traditional reformer exercises on the mat. We will focus on building functional strength, improving flexibility and posture, and enhancing coordination for participants of all fitness levels!

Body Sculpt
Strengthen and build lean muscle with our Body Sculpt class that hits all your muscles. This class is suitable for ALL fitness levels, is low-impact, and utilizes a variety of exercises to keep your body progressing. Get ready to pick up those heavy weights and WORK!

Butts & Guts
This class targets exactly what it says - your BUTTS & your GUTS! Strength-based exercises work to tone & sculpt your best assets! This low-cardio, weightlifting class targets specific muscles to help build that booty and sculpt those abs!

Cycle Fusion
Exactly what it sounds like - a 50/50 split of two of your favorite classes. Start off with a quick 30 minute cycle class, and finish off with 30 minutes of Barre or Strength!

Cardio Boxing
Total body boxing workouts (which require gloves - don't worry, we have house gloves!) will have you boxing like a pro. Grab a standing bag and get ready for a workout that will prepare you to fight for your fitness. As your instructor leads you round after round, you're sure to get your blood pumping with a complete range of exercises including shadow boxing, stretching, calisthenics, and cardio drills to prepare your body for striking the heavy bag. Experience technique drills with jab, hook, cross and uppercut punch combinations, and heart racing fun during the cardio rounds!

Lagree
Lagree expands on the core principles of Pilates, while applying techniques used in other types of resistance training and weightlifting. Exercises are performed on a Microformer machine, utilizing resistance/assistance from the springs. This allows for a full body workout that improves strength, definition, endurance, flexibility, and balance! Lagree uses complex movements that target multiple muscle groups in each exercise. This class focuses on extremely slow & controlled motion, keeping your muscles activated for extended periods of time.

This is a FREE 30-minute class designed to help those new to Lagree learn about the method, the Microformer, and find that shake in the fundamentals.

Performance 30 Cycle
This 30 minute cycle class has more traditional structure that focuses on improving performance in speed, endurance, and power! You will use the metrics on the power monitor to focus on hitting RPM ranges, watts, and other metrics of performance. Push past your comfort zone and get stronger!

POUND
If you've dreamed of channeling your inner rock star into a fitness plan, it's time to POUND. Created by two female drummers, the POUND workout fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout.

Focused strength intervals paired with heart-pumping cardio will get the job done in 60 minutes! HIIT Intervals is the same cardio and strength combo format to sculpt lean muscles and boost your metabolism.

Row & Sculpt
This hour-long class will be sure to have you sweating, and coming back for more! Row & Sculpt is just what it sounds like - a fusion of rowing & strength work! Moving from station to station, get your heart rate up on the rower, then burn out those muscles on the weights. This class is a great way to get in some no-impact cardio & hit the weights too!

Rhythm Ride
This 45-minute class is the cycling class you've been looking for! Taught in our Cycling Studio, this class brings the heat with a bangin' playlist and 45 minutes of WORK! This high intensity indoor cycling class is a rhythm-based format that focuses on riding to the beat & incorporates upper arm movements to give you that total body burn. The lights & playlist will have you dancing, while your instructor pushes you to the next level!

We divide our strength split across 5 days a week to give you the opportunity to fully fatigue & burn out each muscle group every single week, maximizing growth and muscle gain! Classes may be run in a large group format or circuit style.

This strength split will focus on the lower body posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, & calves) as well as shoulders & core.
FULL BODY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS & WEEKENDS)
Our full body strength day hits all the major muscle groups with the addition of compound movements to elevate your heart rate (think KB swings, snatches, musclemakers, etc.)

This KILLER combo of hardcore strength training, intense cardio, and core work will have you sweating as the time flies by! Get all three components in one class! This class is an awesome option for those who want a little bit of everything. Strength, Cardio & Core may be split into 20-minute sections of each, set aside in different stations, or all incorporated together!

Wednesday Warrior
Our signature MP Fit Club class that utilizes partner stations and incorporates lots of cardio and strength in fun ways! Be prepared to swing a sledge hammer, push and pull some bags, slam some battle ropes, hit the pull-up bar, and lift those weights! You will walk away asking, "What just happened??" but dying to sign up for the next one!

WERQ
WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music. The warm up previews the dance steps in class and the cool down combines yoga-inspired static stretching and balance poses. WERQ is taught by Certified Fitness Professionals, so the WERQout is safe and effective for all.
