Beth Birgy
Owner and Instructor Beth has owned MP Fit Club since July 1, 2014 and has been certified and teaching group fitness classes since 2009. She has her group fitness certification through AFAA, has certifications/trainings in Turbo Kick, TRX, RIPPED, Insanity, PiYo, RIP, SPIN, Stroops, P90X, AMPD Kettlebell, AMPD Strength, MOSSA Group Power, CPR/AED and Stages BEATS. At MP Fit Club she teaches everything! Boxing, Kickboxing, Anything Goes Cardio, Body Sculpt, MP Power, Lunch Crunch, the Wednesday Rotations (HIIT/Triple Threat/Wednesday Warrior), Cycling & More! |
Katherine Squire
Katherine has been teaching at MP Fit Club since 2016 after joining as a member in 2015! She teaches Barre, MP Power, Kickboxing, Body Sculpt, the Wednesday Rotations, AGC, TRX, and Rise & Shine. Katherine is certified in Stroops, TRX, Barre Above - Level 2, Shockwave, WERQ, P90X, MOSSA Group Power and CPR/AED. |
Tracy Wood
Tracy has been an instructor at MP Fit Club since June of 2017. She is certified in Personal Training, Shockwave, Stroops, TRX, CPR/AED, Group Exercise & Myofascial Release Foam Roller. She teaches Body Boost & Restore, Kickboxing, Body Sculpt, AGC, TRX, the Wednesday Rotations, and even a Lunch Crunch or Cardio Boxing every once in a while! Tracy also offers Personal Training services. |
Monica Leaureaux
Monica began her instructing journey in November of 2019 after joining MP Fit Club in June of 2016! Monica teaches AGC, Kickboxing, MP Power, the Wednesday Rotations (Triple Threat/HIIT/Wednesday Warrior), and Cycling. She is certified in CPR/AED, Group Exercise, TRX, Stroops, MOSSA Group Power, BOSU Next Generation Balance, Comprehensive Rhythm Cycling and Stages BEATS. |
Nicki Schlicht
Nicki has been a group fitness instructor for the last 12 years, and has been with MP Fit Club since the beginning 8 years ago! She is an ICON/Master Trainer for POUND and a Generation POUND Ambassador, and is certified in WERQ Dance Fitness, MOSSA Group Power, Xtreme Hip Hop Step, Shockwave, and CPR/AED. At MP Fit she teaches POUND, MP Power, WERQ, and the occasional Kickboxing class. |
Kelsey Driessnack
Kelsey has been with MP Fit Club since 2016 and instructing since 2020. She is certified in Group Exercise, Xtreme Hip Hop Step, and Functional Training. Kelsey teaches Kickboxing, AGC, College Power Hour, Endurance Row & the Wednesday Rotations (Triple Threat/HIIT/Wednesday Warrior). |
Allie Miller
Allie has been with MP Fit Club since 2021 after moving from Phoenix to MI! She's been teaching fitness since 2014 and holds certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Comprehensive Rhythm Cycling, and is a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach! At MP Fit Club she is training & instructing Cycling, Triple Threat & Kickboxing. |
